It is reflection sheet directed at GCSE Chemistry students so that they are able identify gaps in their knowledge so they are more effective with their revision time.
I would also use this when I start tutoring a student, so I am able to understand where they think they are in terms of content so that I can use the time more efficiently and effectively.
