Physical Geography Fieldwork for the latest AQA GCSE spec: This Publisher booklet is ready to print in a handy A5 format. It is a one-stop-shop for planning, carrying out, and analysing your Physical Geography Fieldwork. It will be easily adapted for your fieldwork on wave types, beach profiles and longshore drift. We use it for a full day’s fieldwork with the activities carried out during a long morning and the analysis carried out in the afternoon on site. This left very little to do in follow up lessons.

The booklet is designed to cover the physical fieldwork for the new AQA Geography spec. The fieldwork looks at beach profiles, pebble sizes, longshore currents and wave types. Clear instruction are provided in the booklets for each activity to help students and support staff.

The booklet contains tables for recording the data and also clear instructions for analysis. There are also sections with questions that draw out conclusions and Evaluation.

I’ve also added a support PPT for analysis, conclusions, and evaluation. This runs through possible responses to questions but will, of course, need to be adapted to your location.
