A simple self-guided worksheet to support story planning for creative writing
This 2-page English worksheet leads students through a ‘quiz’ and asks them to ‘fill in the blanks’ – but really it’s a story planning and structuring worksheet!
Students will end up with a plan for a story about a mythical or magical creature, which they can then use to write their story out in full.
This is a self-guided worksheet that requires little to no support.
(But it would also be fun to support a student with this to challenge them further!)
