Teacher resources for a 60 minute lesson on legal causation in criminal law. Contains a powerpoint with student activities. Suitable for courses at level 3 including A level law, BTEC & law modules on Access to HE . There is a 5 question starter based on factual causation in criminal law. In addition to the starter their is a review activity, A video and 4 scenario think pair shares activities with a plenary write up of one of the scenarios. The lesson should take approx 60 mins. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slide. There is a table for students to fill in whilst watching the video and printable table for students to stick in books/notes. There are some revision games and activities if you need to fill in time or these can be set for homework.
