The ‘Computer Misuse Act Worksheet’ can be used in conjunction with websites, displays or pre-made information packs and is a place for students to make notes on all the relevent points in relation to the Data Protection Act and Computer misuse Act

The ‘DPA/CMA Scenarios’ presentation can be used in conjunction with the ‘Data Protection and Computer Misuse Scenarios’ worksheet to check the students understanding either as a plenary or an assessment.

TIP: Feel free to alter the names involved in the scenarios to the names of your students. I’ve found that this heightens the engagement of a class (particularly if you ask them what sort of punishment they should recieve).
