Design &Technology Home Learning Making Task - Spaghetti Bridges

6x45min home lessons that make up a complete project that looks at the design process to create a Spaghetti Bridge considering Forces and Stresses. Designed for Distance Learning this project follows a full design process inspired by that of the GCSE specification. Pupils research, design, create and evaluate and get to make a high end product even in the confinements of their home. All resources are ready to go straight onto Google Classroom or any e-learning platform with little instruction.

This is a great project and I have adapted it to suit my children who are younger at home. I have loaded the editable files so that you can change, add or personalise as needed. I have taught this whilst at school and it works really well whilst keeping socially distant and in a ‘standard classroom’ as well.
