Developing effective PD - for middle leaders

This resource was developed to deliver to Middle Leaders/Heads of Department/Heads of Year. The aim of the session was to outline some of the key points that make effective PD but also to ground this in a reflection of sessions which have been found to be useful.
This can easily be delivered in 30 minutes with adequate time for discussion among participants.
The document provided is for middle leaders to reflect on their own PD design to see where they might improve to ultimately impact student outcomes to a greater extent.
