This is a complete pack for schools to use for Down Syndrome Awareness Month 2024. The pack includes teacher notes and slides (for both lower KS2 and upper KS2) and lesson resources (for PSHE, English, Art and Music). The resources will help students learn about Down syndrome while promoting and exploring associated themes of difference, diversity and inclusion. Aligned with DSUK’s “To Be” theme, the activities encourage children to celebrate all of the things they are proud to be, reflect on who and what they want to be and consider what everyone deserves to be.
