I am compiling a selection of warm up or opening games and activities, each on a separate sheet, that I have used in my drama classes with children, young people and adults with SEN and learning disabilities. They are not all of my invention (and indeed it is hard to attribute authorship to any one person when games have become so widely used), but I have described each one in simple terms so that they are easily accessible to the drama teacher, especially if you are just starting out and are not sure what games will work with a group of students with different needs. Many games can be found online if you have the time to scroll through but often they are described in a complicated way or a slightly different form which may not work with SEN groups. I have compiled a long list of games over the years and have numbered them all. I then ask students to pick a number at the beginning of a session and then we play the game that corresponds to that number. In this way the students have ownership of the session and choices.
I hope you find this game useful and search for other games in my selection under actitout1 on TES resources..

Hi, when I downloaded this document there was only one game listed but in the description you mentioned a selection. Is there a more complete document?
