There are 4 lessons in this resource which cover the first part of Key Topic 1 - The Economic Boom of the 1920s, of the EDEXCEL GCSE history unit: Boom; Bust and Recovery.

Lesson 1 is an introduction to the course and provides context - introducing the USA and the concept of the boom.
Lesson 2 requires students to carry out a comparative evaluation of the causes of the boom
Lesson 3 considers the limitations of the boom
Lesson 4 is an essay writing lesson.

All resources are included in the power points, and contain varied tasks and activities to stretch and challenge A Level students. The EDEXCEL endorsed textbook for this unit is advisable.

Duration: 4 hours plus homework
