This spreadsheet is designed to assist with marking, recording of results and allows the user to gain an overview, not only of individual pupil performance but how a class as a whole has performed. It enables the teacher to quickly identify weak areas for both individuals and the class in order to guide revision in the build up to exams. Marks can be entered questions by question or as a total for a paper.
I have found it useful to print out the results table for student to track their own progress.
