This resource features biographical information about each of the poets studied in the Metaphysical anthology for English Literature A Level: Andrew Marvell, Henry Vaughan, John Donne, Katherine Philips, Richard Lovelace, Thomas Carew, Anne Bradstreet and George Herbert.
It also includes summaries of each poem studied by each poet, as well as key details / points to remember when analysing the poems, which can be used as starting points for discussion and essays. There is a separate document per poet included in this bundle.
I made this as part of my A Level revision, so it’s very useful for students and/or teachers to hand out in class for revision or teaching purposes (I achieved a grade A).
