The focus of this double lesson is the issues surrounding the death penalty and video links are included, which you may wish to use or leave out.. The aim is to lead students into the area of study with an understanding of differing views on the subject. The activities are colour coded to match the objectives so that students understand the progress that is being made throughout and promotes an element of independence. Reference is made to the Christian view.
