End of the Year Certificate Glyph

End of the Year Certificate Glyph and Literacy Activities is a fun activity your students can use to express their creative sides while sharing a little bit about themselves and their individual interests. They can put together a fun awards certificate to celebrate the end of the school year based on their own answers to the questions posed in the glyph. When the glyphs are done, you can display your students’ work on your classroom wall.

At the back of this booklet are templates that your students can use to help design their glyphs; otherwise, they can choose to create their own artwork by following the directions.

You will also find a graph that you can use to compare glyph results among the students in your class.

When the glyphs have been completed, you can have your students read the End of the Year story and work on the writing activities with an End of the Year theme. There is also a fun End of the Year poster that you can hang on your classroom wall to celebrate the coming of summer vacation.
