This two sided poster shows the assessment/observation checkpoints and what children should be learning at the three ages & stages set out in the NEW Development Matters 2020. I have matched up the Birth to 3, 3-4 years and then new Early Adoption ELGs.
It can be used as a reference point, assessment grid or even cut into marking slips for each of the 7 areas of learning (I find this useful to stick in books next to outcomes with the relevant learning observed highlighted off).
