Film Analysis Sheet

This resource can be used when screening a film for Film Studies or Media Studies and the headings can be amended to suit the focus. This works by having students focus on only one area each during the screening and then feeding back to the rest of the class afterwards and students then make/add to their notes. Depending on the size of the class, there can be more than one student for each heading as long as all the headings are covered.

If there is more than one student per heading, having a pair share before feeding back to the whole class has been useful to avoid repeating the same points.
