Do your pupils know how to write a Recount/Chronological Report?
Are they confident with this style of writing?
If not, this presentation will help to teach them about the purpose, audience and language features. Children will begin by reading an example recount before discussing various text-related questions as they begin to develop/further develop their understanding. They will also learn about the importance of making a recount lively and interesting by including time connectives, adverbials, direct quotes and more.
