This is an easy to play 30 minute dice game to practice the French verbs VOULOIR, DEVOIR, POUVOIR, SAVOIR and ALLER in 5 tenses: PRÉSENT, PASSÉ COMPOSÉ, IMPARFAIT, FUTUR SIMPLE and CONDITIONNEL. My high school students love this dice game, and it can get very competitive if you decide to play it as a race (details are explained in the instructions).
Students divide up into teams and play a dice game, the dice determining which subject and infinitive to conjugate in 5 different tenses. There are five different game sheets and each one focuses on a different tense. The tenses are not mixed up on one game sheet, but if you follow the instructions each student will get to practice all tenses in one 30 minute activity.
