There's a pronouns box too for when students forget!
My classes from y8 upwards are very comfortable with using this sheet now, after I spent a few lessons going through one tense at a time, doing some practice with students using the sheet to find the endings. I also combined it with another resource (Tense recognition sheet) where students used the Essential sheet to recognise tenses.
Even if you haven't gone through a tense before, the sheet gives risk-taking students access to give it a try!
