- I like to use this as an assessment tool at the beginning of the year to get a baseline of my PE classā overall fitness and understanding of some key fitness concepts. I then have the students complete it in the middle of the year and finally just before the end of the year. This allows both the class and I to track their progress.

- An extension activity will challenge students to recall the information they have learnt such as āmuscular enduranceā, āmuscular strengthā and more. šŖ
- Students will then get creative and design their own workout plan to help them reach their fitness goals and maybe even have you complete it, if youāre brave enough!
