This progress tracker allows you to:
- Add students’, tutor/class details
- RAG rate against assessment objectives (based on the GCSE skills descriptors i.e. Level -1 to 4). When you enter the number the colour automatically changes.
- You can also track changes over a period of time so if a learner started on a 3 but later in the year has improved to a 2, this is easily tracked.
- Tab 2 includes a Progress Chart automatically adjusted based on the tracker. This is useful for senior managers and gives an overview of whole class progress.
- Tab’s 3-5 include opportunities to insert ‘mock results’ and provides detailed analysis of results i.e average marks, overall marks etc.
- Although I have created this based on AQA’s specification, it can easily be adapted to suit any awarding body.

I don't understand how this tracks progress over time? If I input data once for students where is the option to input again next time this is studied in class? All you seem to be able to do is overwrite the data already put in?
