The Rapid Revision guide is aimed at being a simple, go-to revision resource for GCSE French that answers the eternal question ‘How do I revise for French?’.
It contains:
- key exam tips and tricks for each of the four papers
- a one-page overview of each key tense
- within each tense, a 1-minute revision of it, aimed at reactivating knowledge and being a starting point for those reticent to sit down and revise
- examples of key structures to build into writing to aim for each grade from 4+
This works well printed up as an A5 booklet to give out to students ahead of exams.
To help those who have struggled with learning tenses, I have also focussed my group on 12 key verbs that we have revisited over and again. I’ve included here too a randomiser game (with and without clues), flashcards and revision challenge sheet for these.
