GCSE The Discovery of the Nucleus

For AQA course, chapter P2.6. This includes a full lesson plan and supporting PowerPoint that covers the Rutherford experiment and what it showed about the structure of an atom. There is a worksheet included, which I have called a 'progress question'. This will give you an opportunity to measure progress throughout the lesson by students answering the same question at the beginning, middle and end of the lesson, so you can see the improvements each time.
