The resource was not very helpful as it did not include concrete examples. The description of the handout is rather misleading.
The resource was very basic for the price, and did not have what I needed, which was IB specific advice (formatting different styles of writing) for the written assessment. I have a very similar, far better resource downloaded from here which was free.
