Halloween Math Mystery Activity - Case of The Tricking Treat (GRADE 5 US Common Core Aligned). Engage and motivate your students during math time with this fun Halloween activity!

Students use their math skills to eliminate suspects so they can find out who has been giving out the tricking treat to children this Halloween!

There are 5 clues to crack to solve the mystery:


Clue 1: Multiplying Numbers Ending in Zeroes
Clue 2: Reading Decimals Expressed in Words (tenths, hundredths and thousandths)
Clue 3: Multiplying 2-Digit and 3-Digit Whole Numbers by 1-Digit Whole Numbers
Clue 4: Equivalent Fractions
Clue 5: Adding and Subtracting Fractions with LIKE Denominators only (simplifying answers required).

Pack also includes a suspect declaration sheet, answer sheets, elimination guide and awards.
