A bit of fun for a cooperative year 7 group. PPt of Harry Potter potions (all from the films) - use ratios and scale up potions. Students then develop their own potion for their chosen purpose and use direct proportion or unitary method to scale up and down. Good for display work. Ends with a Voldemort, and a link to youtube for a totally don’t-do-it-for-ofsted but its a youtube classic. Did this because this group loved a bit of mystery in the Apprentice Trials.
