I am also developing resources to support with the teaching of writing - mainly model examples of texts to be used to support with writing in UKS2.
Though a really useful personal statement with great insights and writing voice, it is not a personal statement for a headteachers position. It is for the head of primary phase. I'm not sure this is the same thing.
