A great worksheet I have used to allow KS4 students to independently work through a heart dissection.
Includes a risk assessment, tasks to identify the main parts of the heart, compare fat & muscle tissue, compare the ventricular walls and and extension task to test their knowledge of the parts of the heart when they have finished.
This resource is best used when the students are familiar with the names of the structures of the heart.
