This Roots & Shoots activity is about identifying the difficulties wildlife can face during cold weather, and how students might be able to help them through these.
RootsnShoots is the Jane Goodall Institute’s international Education Programme for young people. It inspires practical, positive action for people, animals and the environment by developing an understanding of how important a healthy planet is to human survival.
A free resource pack is also available for teachers who register their school at www.rootsnshoots.org.uk
