This exercise is great to work on shooting technique with a small to medium sized group of players.
Players start in a box at the top of the drill, pass and follow, when they are the final player, they receive the ball and take a shot.
TEACHING POINTS:
- Hands together at the top of the stick when hitting
- Receive the ball facing the way they are going next
- Be in a ready position before the ball gets passed to them to make it easier to receive the ball
