This covers all the basics including forming letters and sentence demarcation as well as semi-colons, apostrophes, speech marks and quotation marks.

This addresses how to substitute a semi-colon for a coordinating conjunction, and how to tell the difference between speech marks and quotation marks.

There is a video embedded into the presentation on the topic of apostrophes in the real world. It does refer to me by name but this shouldn’t pose any problems.

There are frequent exercises and answers to all questions are provided.

Example sentences and exercises draw from the followng texts, among others: ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’, ‘An Inspector Calls’, ‘Romeo and Juliet’, ‘The Lord of the Flies’, ‘Jekyll and Hyde’.

The presentation is on a pale yellow background with sans serif font.

Students are expected to have some knowledge of letter formation and punctuation before starting this.
