Don’t just read the book, immerse yourself in it.

I created this complete study for my students to include a range of English skills to practise whilst reading this beautiful book. It’s ‘print and go’ style, and so is easy for the tutor or home school parent to use. Print the document, read the chapter, then complete the chapter worksheets for that chapter.

Included in this study are a range of activities to help you enjoy the book and explore various elements of literature, in addition to some additional activities to encapsulate a mini unit-study type of approach, such as art, science, history and a little bit of geography. The focus is English, and there are comprehension questions for nearly every chapter, and a chance for the student to write about the characters and plot development in various different styles. There’s plenty of areas for art and illustrations as an outlet for artistic expression, and encouragement to try different approaches to sketching and drawing. There’s research activities to promote the skill of research and personal study, where the student will learn about various animals and plants encountered in the book.

This enjoyable study will (hopefully) have something for everyone.

Ideal for home school families or a school environment.
