KS1 - position, movement and direction worksheet

This is a resource I have created and used with a Y1 class as part of a pirate theme maths lesson. It allows they children to develop and apply their skills and understanding of position, direction and movement of an object. The children have to read the direction sentences and draw the correct object according to the position of another object. This is followed by another activity where they have to identify a position using directional sentences.
