This is an entire unit of work focusing on using Word which my students have absolutely loved. The unit begins by looking at using word for letter writing, progressing on to using it to produce newspaper articles and a mock up front page.
There are opportunities for differentiated challenge, peer/self/teacher assessment and several points of Oracy.
Lessons include well presented, engaging slides with relevant examples and opportunities for creativity.
