An effective assessment tool to motivate students to compete competitively in every athletics event. Certificates or rewards can be given to the students after the lesson to showcase achievements. The scores/timings/distances are in correlation with the ESAA standards.
Has helped me with selection of athletics teams as results can be seen easily, I would advise making a spreadsheet to monitor scores/times.
