KS4 Factorising Trinomials (Quadratics with a Coefficient of x sqd) Lesson

A sequence of lessons on Factorising Trinomials (Quadratics with a co-efficient of x sqd) designed for a high ability KS3 or KS4 group.

The structure of factorisation is clearly shown and starter activities are used to highlight key topics covered over the previous weeks.

Lots of questions are given on the board so pupils work independently and share ideas with class during a group discussion.
