I originally created this resource in 2014 to commemorate the centenary of the armistice for WW1 but I decided to use it again with my Year 7 classes during the week of the 11th of November to mark the end of WW1. I printed it as an A5 booklet of activities, made to look like an authentic French exercise book with French cursive writing. It contains easily accessible activities for Year 7 (or possibly KS2 pupils): links with History, the Christmas truce and labelling objects from a soldier backpack.
