There is a student resource/handout with information placed in one easy to use booklet to (read through first). Lesson plans are included and instructions added to the booklets. Using Football/Rugby as the team sport under the FA and RFU rules and regulations and Running as the individual sport focus under the UK Athletics banner. At this time we are very limited on facilities and we encourage our students to take on board a healthy active life style.
