Literacy Mats - OCR Modern World B

I'm trying to encourage literacy within History and I'm hoping that these will help!

I've create some literacy mats with the relevant
content for OCR Modern World B Paper 1:
International Relations 1945-75
Germany Depth Study

I've found with my pupils (all boys) that becoming familiar with helpful phrases and the expectations ona regular basis really helps their understanding of how to reach certain standards.

I've done separate mats for each topic because I the vocabulary is different for each one. I have combined all of the vocabulary lists onto one A4 sheet which could be given to each pupil for the backs of their books or printed off and held in a wallet on the same display board (almost like a resource centre).

I'm hoping to laminate these in A3 and stick to the desks as they are in tables as well as put them on a literacy display board in the classroom. Please let me know if there is anything you could suggest to improve them!
