[top tip - Print a class set on different coloued card (or paper & laminate) it will last for years
[top tip 2 - make differentiated puzzles for your lower achievers. Once sets have been printed in different colours, swap over the central 6 cards of two sets to create two simplier puzzles which are colour coded and therefor easier to complete. Easier for lower ability]
