Macbeth Trial

This is a carousel lesson designed for a low ability year 8 group. The premise is that the Macbeths are on trial for Duncan’s murder and that half the class will prosecute, whilst the other half will defend (for a large retainer and the threat of not being murdered themselves). I found it a great way of getting them to write in a P.E.E. format without them even realising.
