The behaviour management PPT makes use of a simple but effective way to mange classroom behaviour. It contains a 4 step process to manage behaviour of students. Just be consistent with it and you see the rewards.
A great tip is that you always start with Silent mode and inform students that they will earn the other modes depending on how well they do with silent mode. You then give them time limits on other modes. Very very effective for short burst tasks.
