This activity is designed for children in their first year studying Mandarin Chinese at a higher level.

Vocabulary: 奶奶，爷爷，外婆，外公，对不起，没关系，叫，什么

Listening: Game of bingo
Writing: Write and repeat several times the following vocabulary: 奶奶，爷爷，外婆，外公，对不起，没关系，叫，什么
Writing extension 1: Mix and match the members of the family with their names. Write sentences in Chinese based on the findings.
Writing extension 2: Look at the cartoons and write in the correct responses in the speech bubbles by either writing '没关系‘ or ‘不客气’.
Reading: Read the sentences and distinguish whether '她‘ or '他‘is used and write in the correct answer.

This activity is geared towards students who are Cantonese speaking, native Mandarin speakers or gifted and talented.
