Matching Colors & Shapes

This matching activity is intended for children from 2.5 - 3 years old (depends on the level of the child). The activity on colors assumes that the child already knows the basic colors and here he/she combines the same shades of colors and learns to distinguish different intensities of orange, blue or pink.

The shape matching activity has several levels. In the first level, the child connects the same shapes while the shapes on the left are in the same color. In the second level, he/she connects the same shapes, while they are always in pairs of the same color. In the next level, each object has a different color, so it is more challenging. In the fourth level, he connects the shape with an object of common use that has a similar shape (circle-button, triangle-pizza, etc.). The following is an activity to label all common things of the appropriate shape (round things, square things, etc.)
