A worksheet of increasingly difficult questions, all relating to multiplying expressions with indices (exponents). This could be particularly useful for later revision, since some questions also relate to fractions, surds (radicals), factorising and solving quadratic equations.

Truly excellent resource and a lesson-long challenge for Year 9. "Evaluate" questions encourage pupils to be particularly brave with their index laws when algebraic terms exist. Thank you! Note that some "Evaluate" questions need simplifying first so (1) is harder than (2).
