Unit presentation slides (32 slides in total with specific tasks) for a Visual Art unit based on portraiture. There are summative tasks for each of the 4 criteria, along with images, information, Art History, and ceramic video tutorials.
In this unit students explore the human face and figure through drawing, mono printing, painting and ceramics. The final outcome for criteria C is an expressive ceramic portrait which is then painted with acrylic paint (however this can be adapted for glazing)
There are guiding questions for the criteria A research summative and the criteria D reflection summative.
I did this with grade 8 however it can work with grade 9!
