Name Card Writing Practice

Infants age children learning to write the order and letters and of their name.

This Microsoft word document was designed to link our Little Wandle teaching brand to the fine motor development within nursery aged groups.

Document designed at A4 size,
eco botanical border from twinkl downloads.
layered with three thin borders across the page in an eco - brown colour with black outline.
All lettering used in colour black to stand out.
Inside the first border the name of a child is written in sassoon monessori medium font in black - size 48 for a child’s large formation hand grip.
The second border has the same name written in sassoon montessori dotted font for overline practice.
The third border is empty for the child to write free hand.

Underneath the borders is the phrase “my name is …” followed by the child’s name for written and language recognition for children and carers to support.

This design was used, printed onto A4 paper/card, then laminated for white board use. Then sent home for parents to support fine motor skills, hand grip and name recognition.
Also a copy was made for classroom use.
