This lesson starts with a stopwatch starter where students need to to answer 4 questions based around topics covered in covered in previous lessons.

Main Lesson
Finding a new temperature after a rise or fall.
3 Examples
This leads into 3 mini whiteboard questions displayed onscreen

Finding the difference between positive and negative numbers (temperatures)
-1 Examples slide
-4 Mini whiteboard questions (answers in screen)
-This leads into an individual worksheet where students have to answer a mixture of questions on finding a temperature after a rise or fall and Finding the difference between positive and negative(temperatures)
-Followed by an exam style question (answer on slide)
Finished with a Recap slide

I have included an Escape the Room activity which can be used as a plenary or at any other point in the lesson as you wish.
