Number sentence mat

This pdf file comprises 14 number sentence mats:

• 3 mats for each arithmetic operation, one featuring different colored operation signs (addition: red, subtraction: green, multiplication: pink, division: blue) as showed in the picture, one showing the operation sign with the coloured outline, and one showing the operation sign in blac-and-white.
• 1 blank mat displaying only the equal sign.
• 1 mat, presenting only the empty spaces for three numbers.

Depending on the level of assistance required by your students, you may choose mats with colored operation signs, with black-and-white operation signs, or with no operation signs.

These mats serve multiple purposes, aiding in introducing arithmetic operations and supporting word problem solving.

These resources are designed to be used with our digit cards (1-10) and with our small dice pattern cards (1-6), both freely available on our TES shop.
