PowerPoint workbook with 228 Slides covering all parts of paper 1 and paper 2 from the OCR GCSE Specification, including System Architecture, Storage, Memory, Wired and Wireless Networks, Topopogies Protocols and Layers, System Security, Systems Software, Legal Ethical and Cutural Concerns, Algorithms, Programming techniques, Producing robust programs, Computatonal logic and Translators and facilites of languages.
Each section covers all key information with exam questions and practical tasks including workbook activities, presentation tasks, programming (in HTML and Python). I have added the first two chapters and chapter 9 as free downloads to give an example. If you have downloaded earlier versions the updates should be free. Any issues with content please let me know. I have included the code for the programs and the answers to the exam questions in the notes sections below the slides. Speech marks will need to be corrected in python. Completed version uploaded on 26_03_19 with exam questions and answers similar to those from the 2018 Summer exam, all paper 1&2 included. I have reviewed the questions and updated the exam answers on constants. Additional tasks in File Handling. I have added the code for the traffic lights array. After an initial look through (including scrolling to the answers) it looks useful with some good activities BUT I am concerned about a couple of errors in the answers - I've only looked at about 7 slides with questions and the answers for constants were incorrect - given as operators for multiplication on one and greater than or equals to on another. For this reason I would be nervous about sharing with students unless I had been over thoroughly.
